Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant posts

1. PROVINCIAL MANAGERS (2) HARARE AND MANICALAND PROVINCES

• Masters Degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences or Business Administration
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior management position involving implementation of programmes and control of human and financial resources

2. SENIOR TECHNICAL ADVISOR- HEAD OFFICE

• Masters Degree in Nursing Sciences, Public Health, Health Education and Promotion or equivalent
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing Sciences, Public Health, Health Education and Promotion or equivalent
• At least Five (5) years’ experience in designing and managing public health programmes at senior level.

3. CLIENTS RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

• Bachelors Degree in Health Education and Promotion, Media Studies or equivalent
• A relevant qualification in Public Relations is a must
• At least 3 years relevant experience

4. TECHNICAL ADVISOR COMMUNITY – HEAD OFFICE

• Bachelors Degree in Health Education and Promotion, Community Health or equivalent
• A relevant Masters Degree is an added advantage
• At least 3 years experience in community programming

5. TECHNICAL ADVISOR YOUTH HEALTH HEAD OFFICE

• Bachelors Degree in Health Education and Promotion, Media and Communication Studies or relevant Social Sciences Degree
• A relevant Masters Degree is an added advantage
• At least 3 years relevant experience.

6. TECHNICAL ADVISOR SERVICE DELIVERY- HEAD OFFICE

• BSc Nursing Science Degree or equivalent
• Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery
• A relevant Masters Degree will be an added advantage
• At least three (3) years experience in managing clinical and community based programmes

7. TECHNICAL OFFICER YOUTH HEALTH – HEAD OFFICE

• Bachelors Degree in Health Education and Promotion, Media and Communication Studies or relevant Social Sciences Degree
• A relevant Masters Degree will be an added advantage
• At least three (3) years experience in community programming

8. TECHNICAL OFFICER COMMUNITY 

• Bachelors Degree in Health Education and Promotion, Nursing Sciences or equivalent is an added advantage .
• Diploma in General Nursing
• At least 3 years experience in community programming

9. POLICIES AND ADVOCACY OFFICER – HEAD OFFICE

• Bachelors Degree in International Affairs, Health Sciences, Public Policy and Governance, Media and Society Studies or equivalent
• Relevant Masters Degree will be an added advantage
• At least three (3) years relevant working experience

10. TRAINING OFFICER (5) HEAD OFFICE

• Diploma in General Nursing and Diploma in Adult Education or Nurse Education
• Bachelors Degree in Nurse Education, Adult Education or Nursing Sciences
• At least 3 years training experience in a health sector

11. RISK OFFICER HEAD OFFICE

• Bachelors Degree in Risk Management, Business Management or Accounting or equivalent OR
• Professional Accounting qualifications such as ICSA ,SAAA etc
• At least two (2) years experience in the risk management and accounting fields.

12. MEDICAL OFFICER (1) – HARARE PROVINCE

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degrees (MBChB
• Registration with Medical and Dental Professions Council of Zimbabwe (MDPCZ)
• At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urology, STI/HIV Control, FP/RH is advantageous.

13. DEMAND CREATION MANAGER- HEAD OFFICE

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or equivalent
• Three (3 years’ experience in marketing or demand creation

14. AUDIO VISUAL MANAGER HARARE

• Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Broadcasting, Business Studies, Commerce or equivalent
• Master’s Degree in any Business and Management fields is an added advantage.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in commercial multimedia production business

15. PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR- HEAD OFFICE

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or Social Science Degree
• Masters Degree in Social Sciences is an added advantage
• At least three years relevant experience

16. SECURITY OFFICER – HEAD OFFICE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk and Security Management
• Class 4 Driver; Licence
• At least 3 years relevant experience

17. PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT

• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant experience
