Senior Inventory & Asset Register Management Accounts Clerk

Job Description

Cheek Mbungo Enterprise (Pvt) Ltd is looking for suitably qualified candidates to urgently fill the position of Senior Accounts Clerk – Inventory & Asset Register Management that has arisen within their Finance function.

Responsible for

• Prepare and distribute monthly reports highlighting key performance indicators.
• Audit inventory and cost entries and provide leadership and discretion to resolve issues discovered during audit.
• Research, analyze, and correct variances as needed.
• Prepare monthly inventory journal entries.
• Reconcile fixed asset ledger to general ledger asset accounts monthly
• Record and maintain fixed assets within Fixed Asset Management software
• Manage fixed assets accounting and program. Analyze newly acquired assets and capital expenditures to keep accurate financial records and reporting.
• Asset Register Management

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or Higher Diploma in Accountancy
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIS, SAAA, IAC
• A minimum of 3 years Knowledge of pastel Accounting System a must At least 30 years old and mature
