Job Description

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients (large portfolios), by providing a full spectrum of products and services with a view of retaining and growing the Employee Benefits business. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through efforts of others over periods of 3 months to a year.
Manages all contracted client deliveries relevant to each product line of the Corporate Business.

  • Manages client relationships proactively.
  • Provides alternative solutions and ensures cross selling of products takes place.
  • Manages a portfolio of existing clients (large portfolios) and recommends enhanced products to suit client’s needs.
  • Conducts presentations to big corporates.
  • Manages the sales pipeline and is responsible for the delivery of the new business sales targets as contracted.
  • Responsible for the retention of existing clients.
  • Reviews client product portfolio regularly.
  • Manages sales administrative resources and the output of these resources.
  • Be the product owner for one of the EB range of products.
