Overseeing Sales & Marketing to achieve corporate goals
Drive volume & visibility index in the market
Achieve high visibility and volume share in the market and consolidate the position of the market leader
Plan and assign daily workload to sales team
Ensure that we are preferred brand in the market
Maintain positive relation with customers and uplift the perception/image of the brand with prompt responses
Achieve volume targets in the key outlets

Requirements

8-10 years in the relevant field
A reputed plastics, household and furniture experience is needed
Degree in Sales & Marketing
MBA
Aged 35-40
