Purpose for the Job:
Responsible for meeting strategic sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting. Coming up with effective sales strategies, work models to meet up with stipulated sales focust and deadlines. A well organised incumbent who has experience in selling technology products in Business to Business and directly to consumers.
Principal major responsibilities are:
- Hilariously facilitate smooth sales flow whereas ensuring customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
- Creating new customers base and meeting yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily sales targets.
- Creating new business channels.
- Coming up with a strong sales team to administer smooths flow sequence.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Person specification, Qualification and experience:
- Incumbent should have at least 15 years’ successful previous experience in sales and at least 5 years as a sales manager.
- Degree in Marketing Management or related
- Master in Business administration and or IMM shall be an added advantage
