Job Description

Job Summary:

To administer calls and receive clients. Should be versatile and innovative to promote the Women’s Bank Brand. One should be highly organised and flexible to support other tasks in the various Departments.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receives customers at the reception and calls.
  • Reports any telephone faults to respective service providers to ensure that all telephones are fixed timeously to avoid communication breakdown.
  • Making appointments
  • Filing and keeping client records.
  • Responding to ail client inquiries in a polite and timely manner
  • Administrative Duties
  • Compilation of Reports
  • Assists with Social Media Platforms administration

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Ordinary Level,
  • Secretarial Course
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused
  • High level of Integrity
  • Deportment and well groomed
  • Ability to work under pressure
