Job Description

Applications are invited from competent suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the position of Receptionist based at Corporate 24 Hospital Harare


  • Receive clients and visitors, answer, screen and direct them to relevant departments
  • Make calls for and relay messages to staff members, writing messages and distributing them to relevant people
  • Answering calls and providing information about services offered
  • Create and maintain a tracking system to the delivery and receipt of all documents
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and liaising with security
  • Maintaining Health Management Systems
  • Liaison with various healthcare providers

  • Effective decision making skills


  • Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar environment
