Job Description
Reporting to: Group Corporate Services & Administration Manager
Duties
- Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Creating and maintaining good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Reviewing and analyzing all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Maintaining company pool vehicles, ensuring licensing and repairs are done on time
- Negotiating the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensuring that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintaining and updating a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
Minimum qualifications:
- Degree in Purchasing and Supply
- Member of a professional body e.g CIPS
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
