Job Description
Applicants are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the vacant position of Personal Assistant To The Managing Director that has arisen within the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:-
- Providing administrative assistance in the form of performing all general secretarial duties
- Coordination of functions
- Arranging board meetings
- Managing the MD’s diary as well as travel and accommodation arrangements
- Assisting in the general running of the MD’s office
The ideal candidate should have the following minimum qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 years’ working experience preferably in a similar position
