We seek to recruit an outstanding and results oriented individual to fill the following position of Personal Assistant in our organisation.


Reporting to Chief Operating Officer,


  • To provide office management, communication and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer
  • Responsible for the day to day administration of the Office, managing confidential correspondence and exercising a high degree of discretion.


  • Keeps an accurate Diary of events or meetings;
  • Makes and serves teas and refreshments during meetings;
  • Coordinates and follows through activities and commitments made by the COO’s team;
  • Coordinates the COO’s communication through taking and directing calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients;
  • Arranges business lunches for clients and stakeholders as and when necessary;
  • Arranges and coordinates meetings. Takes notes and records meetings as and when necessary;
  • Manages travelling arrangements;
  • Develops and utilizes filing and retrieval systems;
  • Files and retrieves documents from the files as and when required;
  • Researches data for presentation to the COO’s team, EXCO and Board of Directors;
  • Analyses reports and prepares business summaries. Preparation of reports, correspondence and Presentations for the COO for various engagements;
  • Maintains office supplies, checks stock, manages inventory, evaluating new office products, places orders and verifies receipt of supplies.




  • Degree in Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies or equivalent;
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Diploma in Business Studies;
  • Class 4 Drivers License is an added advantage.
