Bereka is an essential grassroots logistics services provider, delivering money and goods with convenience, safety, and security to our financially underserved customers in the communities we serve. Bereka has partnered with Mukuru.com to provide last mile cash delivery services.

About the Role

We have new and exciting opportunities for mobile tellers to join the Bereka team in Zimbabwe. The main purpose of this role is to provide Mukuru.com remittance disbursement services on a motorbike, in a professional and efficient manner.

The roles will be based in Harare and Chitungwiza.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Operations Manager
• Process remittance transactions accurately and professionally
• Review the integrity of documents provided, and potential fraudulent documents in order
  to meet compliance requirements
• Manage own stock and ensure accurate balancing
• Provide world-class customer service and customer support
• Deliver remittances in a timely manner
• Ensure safe driving on a motorbike
• Manage own professional development

Key Requirements

• Grade 12 / or equivalent (Essential)
• Class 3 drivers license (Essential)
• At least 2 years driving experience on a motorcycle (Essential)
• Defensive driving (Desirable)
• Mukuru Forex Consultant training course – training provided (Essential)
• Must remain current and competent by passing tests and assignments
• Fluent in English and Shona (Essential)
• 1 year Customer Service Consultant experience (Essential)
• Cash handling experience (Desirable)
