An ICT company is looking for a Marketing and Customer Care Manager.
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Masters in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Certificate in Customers Care.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role preferably from the ICT , Insurance and Banking sector.
- Identifying and exploiting marketing opportunities for company products and solutions.
- Networking and identifying areas to improve on company products and services.
- Putting company on the various platforms and areas for recognition.
- Pushing brand name and making it visible.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues, complaints, enquiries and complements.
- Formulating and implementing customer resolutions mechanisms.
- Formulating and implementing the company’s brand image based on its goals and objectives
- Driving customer centricity culture across the organisation
- Driving the utilisation of technology to enhance the customer experience journey
- Implementing best practice customer care solutions.
- Managing the call centre.
- Managing and controlling subordinates
