Job Description

An ICT company is looking for a Marketing and Customer Care Manager.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Masters in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Certificate in Customers Care.
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role preferably from the ICT , Insurance and Banking sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and exploiting marketing opportunities for company products and solutions.
  • Networking and identifying areas to improve on company products and services.
  • Putting company on the various platforms and areas for recognition.
  • Pushing brand name and making it visible.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues, complaints, enquiries and complements.
  • Formulating and implementing customer resolutions mechanisms.
  • Formulating and implementing the company’s brand image based on its goals and objectives
  • Driving customer centricity culture across the organisation
  • Driving the utilisation of technology to enhance the customer experience journey
  • Implementing best practice customer care solutions.
  • Managing the call centre.
  • Managing and controlling subordinates
