A dynamic Fast Food company in Gweru seeks to recruit suitable candidates for position of Human Resources and Admin Officer. The Manager will lead and direct the Human Resources Management and Admin function of the organization including hiring and interviewing staff, administering payroll, benefits and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Execute organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Formulate, implement and Coordinate the development of Human Resources policies for the organization with regard to employee relations;
- Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation;
A qualification in HRM or relevant field
At least 3 years Practical experience in people management STRICTLY in a FMCG set up.
