Job Description

Our client is a player in the energy sector and is currently seeking a Front Office Administrator.

The job role will involve but not be limited to the following:

  • Control of front desk tidiness and availability of all necessary stationery and material including pens٫ forms and informative leaflets
  • Ensuring timely and accurate customer service
  • Scheduling shifts and supervising front-office personnel including receptionists٫ security guards and call centre agents
  • Training and supporting office staff
  • Handling complaints and specific customers requests
  • Monitoring stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies
  • Managing mail distribution
  • Organizing office budget
  • Managing records of office expenses and costs
  • Overseeing the compliance with company’s policies and security requirements
  • Management of executive management diaries and appointments

The ideal candidate shall have the following attributes, qualifications and experience:

  • At least two years in a similar role within the energy sector;
  • A relevant qualification;
  • Advanced knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite;
  • Ability to multi-task and work long hours with little supervision
  • A personable and professional manner.
