Job Description

Reporting to: Executive Director
Duty Station: Harare

Key relationships

  • Internally: Programme staff, Finance and Administration staff, Training Centre staff
  • Externally: CBOs, NGOs, communities, clients, banks, international stakeholders and networks

Major Responsibilities

  • Financial management
  • Asset management
  • Organizational support
  • Departmental management
  • Finance department staff supervision
  • Report writing
  • Human resources
  • Financial advisory

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma /Degree in Accounts or related field
  • Any qualification in administration
  • Clean Class 4 driver’s license
  • 5 years experience in related field


  • Good communications skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

  • Good team player with flexible approach and ability to work creatively on own initiative
