Job Description

Purpose of the job

To provide administrative support to the Board of Trustees to promote efficient management of the group of companies. The incumbent will ensure that the company vision, mission, and objectives are met in conjunction with executives, management and staff.

Accountabilities are not limited to the following:

  • Administrative support e.g managing files, meetings, minutes etc for Board of Trustees
  • Organisational performance monitoring i.e., maintaining, monitoring & consolidating tracking reports as well as monthly reports
  • Stakeholder management
  • Public relations relating to any communication on behalf of the Board of Trustees

Educational qualifications and experience

  • Degree in business management or similar
  • Certificate in secretarial studies or office admin
  • 2-3 years relevant experience

Knowledge of:

  • Office planning & organisation
  • Proper English usage and business composition
  • Fundamentals of budgetary process and procedures
  • Computer software such as Ms word, database management desktop publishing
