Job Description

We are looking for a Cook to prepare meals in the canteen.

DUTIES

Assist administrator with purchase of food items for canteen
Supervision of canteen assistant
Plans weekly menu in liaison with administrator
Prepares meals for staff on a daily basis
Prepares teas and sandwiches on an ad hoc basis for staff as required
Ensures that food regulations are adhered to e.g. Food Handling Act
Any other duties as delegated by the administrator.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

5 “O” Levels including English Language
Certificate in Hotel and Catering.
At least 2 years’ experience in relevant position.
