Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of Civil Engineering Technician : Grade 9.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Water and Sanitation – maintenance of boreholes, water reticulation, maintenance of sewer lines and water supplies.
Roads construction and maintenance
Preparation of roads program of works and ZINARA acquittals
Supervision of staff, roads equipment and plant operations
Contract documents preparation and management
Any other duties as assigned by the superior

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering
At least three years post qualification experience
Membership with Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers a distinct advantage
Computer literate
A clean class 4 driver’s license
