Job Description

A fast growing company in the motor industry is looking for a self-motivated and self-driven Business Development Executive who will be able to source, generate and drive new business for the company. The position will report to the General Manager.

Main Duties

  • Establish sales target plans, midterm, yearly and monthly, by customer, by sales team
  • Develop a sales strategy and sales activities for the responsible target customers
  • Analyse results versus budget / target and initiate corrective action plan
  • Develop new business based on action plan
  • Develop and follow-up new and existing projects
  • Negotiate commercial contracts including all conditions (e.g. pricing, payment terms, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Business Management/Marketing Qualification
  • A professional qualification such as IMM will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the motor industry
