Job Description

Applications are invited to fill in the vacant positions of Bancassurance Sales Agents reporting to the Bancassurance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve monthly targets at Bank Branches
  • Convert 80% of new business
  • Ensure that all service requirements are met, facilitated, and customers are satisfied
  • Retention of clients through engagement
  • Getting referrals
  • Cross selling and up selling of Insurance products
  • Ensuring Standing Instructions are completed and submitted for capturing
  • Spearhead all lead generation initiatives from the various touch points of the company- from walk-in clients , online, data mining, referrals, and others

Required Candidates should have the following:

Work experience

  • Candidates should have at least 5 ‘O’ Levels including Maths & English plus tertiary training
  • A business related Diploma or Degree is desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience
  • Good track record of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Marketing/Insurance or Business-Related Degree or equivalent
