Vacancy Manager: Operations Manager

Purpose of the job

To cater for back-office processes on the newly launched USSD platform *243#

Main Focus Areas

  • Processing loan application from the USSD platform *243#
  • Manage the sales process in Branch X
  • Sell customer loans products in Branch X using various digital means virtually
  • Conduct loan application process in Branch X
  • Obtain individual FCB reports to confirm status of potential customers
  • Generate revenue streams through cross-selling with the Bank Products
  • Contribute towards the portfolio growth of the business
  • Source new client referrals from networking and calling programs targeted specifically towards mass customers
  • Determine and ensure adherence to policy, service level agreements, controls, and checks
  • Identify and meet customer needs through the provision of banking solutions
  • Management and coordination of the acquisition and retention process of customers through always ensuring good levels of customer care
  • Receive, research, and respond to customer enquiries and queries
  • Perform reconciliations on USSD platform loans

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • 5 ‘O’ levels including Mathematics and English
  • 2 ‘A’ Levels
  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Studies, Marketing, or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years related experience
