Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill in the position of APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER in the Information Technology department. The successful candidate will be based at the Head Office.

REPORTS TO: SYSTEMS ANALYST

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

Work in liaison with Systems Analyst for project design and management
Application design and development
Updating and maintaining existing systems
Database programming
Systems integration
Mobile applications development
Ensure effective IT support for users

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

IT-related degree and 2 years post-graduation experience with strong software development bias

OTHER REQUIREMENTS/ COMPETENCES

Aged below 25 years
Cognitive thinking
Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Experience or knowledge of Agile Methodology
Sound programming skills (Web development frameworks, Java, PL/SQL, Swift or Android , Web-services)
