Job Description

Reports to the Human Resource and Administration Executive Officer

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Local Governance Studies or equivalent;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with minimum supervision;
  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work;
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Human Resource and Administration Executive Officer;
  • Assist in organising and scheduling meetings and appointments;
  • Assist in payroll functions;
  • Maintains computer and manual filing system;
  • Assist in taking minutes of meetings;
  • General office management;
  • Receives, sort and distributes correspondence, emails, memos and letters;
  • Assists in travel bookings;
  • Assists with reception duties.
